Directions From M6 North – Blackpool/Lancaster
From Preston
Head down the hill past the Tickled Trout Hotel and straight on at the roundabouts towards Salmesbury and Blackburn. Follow the directions below.
From Blackpool / Lancaster and the North
Come off the M6 at Junction 31 and take the first exit towards Salmesbury and Blackburn.
Up the hill and straight on at the traffic lights towards Salmesbury. Pass through Salmesbury and keep straight on through traffic lights to Blackburn. At next traffic lights straight on towards Blackburn Town Centre, you are now on Preston New Road. At next traffic lights straight on. At next traffic lights straight on. At next traffic lights you will see the Capita Building in front of you, turn right onto Barbara Castle Way so the Capita Building is on your left. Turn left into the pay and display car park.
Once you have parked your car walk back across Barbara Castle Way and up to Strawberry Bank. There is access by a closed off road through to the back of Strawberry Bank and then turn left onto Wellington Street St Johns. It is about a two minute walk.
From Burnley and M6 South via M65
Exit the M65 at Junction 6 – From Burnley take the 2nd exit off the roundabout
From Leyland and M6 South take the first exit off the roundabout
At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Blackburn Town Centre. Follow that road to the traffic lights at the top of the hill and turn right. At next traffic lights straight on towards town centre. At traffic lights at Y junction take the right hand lane and proceed to town centre. Continue to roundabout with Thwaites Brewery opposite you. Take 2nd exit onto Barbara Castle Way. Proceed through 4 sets of lights till you see the Capita Building on your left and turn left after the Capita building into pay and display car park. The car park needs change, so don't forget to bring some.

You can order lunch when you arrive to be delivered at lunch time; menu's are available on request.
